Eligibility for Refunds We offer a full refund within 30 days of delivery if:
- The product arrived damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product did not match the description on our website
How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please contact us at contact@graccel.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product if damaged or defective
Processing Time Once your refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable:
- Opened skincare or beauty products, unless damaged or defective
- Items returned without prior approval
Physical Returns As we operate as an online-only business, we do not currently accept physical returns. All eligible issues will be resolved through a full refund.
Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us at contact@graccel.com and we will investigate immediately.
